Men's looks

You don't need to have great looks to be successful with beautiful
women at all. After all, social value comes from many sources having social proof or leading a girl's peer group for example. Good looks alone won't get you laid, if that's your only source of social value.

Still, if you're serious about maximizing your success with women, you want to fully exploit every avenue of getting social value that you can. Having good looks specifically, having a muscular, chiseled, formed body, is one of them.

For instance, I know a guy who is now in his early 40s and he regularly has girls in their early 20s. Unlike most men his age, he takes care of himself. He works out and eats right. And it shows. He looks good. In adds that he also is matured and knows how to approach and talk to women. Women don't like a man that doesn't act his age or is too much of a kid.

Visually, he is attractive to women. They look at him, and that feeds his confidence. His success keeps him working out and eating right, causing more success. It's a virtuous, reinforcing cycle. But here's the problem. Most men let their bodies go as they get older. They have no muscle mass. They grow a gut for a belly. They don't groom themselves well. They dress dumpily. In other words,
they don't take care of themselves. Why be that way? You're going to feel like you look in the mirror.

At around age 26 or 27 something happens to our bodies. Our metabolism slows down and our body stops producing new muscle mass on its own. Up until age 26 or 27, you can basically eat like a pig and not exercise and your body will still stay fit and thin to some degree. But, by the late 20s, your muscle mass begins to slowly wither away and that gut starts to appear and by age 40, most men look downright bad.

If you're really out of shape, many girls will be too embarrassed to be seen with you with their friends and family. Even if the girl is otherwise attracted to you for other reasons. It's like when a man meets a fat chick. She's sweet, nice, pretty faced, wild in bed, loving, fun personality, highly sexual, a great girl to be
with but you don't stick with her because you're embarrassed what your friends of family might think.

That's why it's so important to take care of yourself and to start right away. In many ways this is a shallow way of thinking but it's a fact in our society. People go for looks. We see it in fashion magazines, Hollywood and more. The trick is to stay in tune with who you want to be and what you can do to be in a better shape when you get older. Taking care of yourself will make for better years ahead.

Bar advice. My advice here for men also applies to lots of women as well. Not to say that you got to look like a supermodel but health and fitness can be obtained which makes for a better life.

Our obsession with celeb pictures

Celebrity pictures have graced our walls, minds and hearts since well before the massive popularity of the World War II pin up girls that so many GI's took with them and "pinned up" on the drab, barrack walls. During this time, movie stars such as Betty Grable and Rita Hayworth were wearing what was considered at the time to be the scantily clad attire of a one piece swimsuit, or a somewhat low-cut, bikini or full length evening gown.

Many historians believe the start of the celebrity icon picture infatuation in America began with the 1887 debut of the "Gibson Girl", when the mere thought of a woman's bare ankles were enough to send anyone to an afterlife of damnation. This passion continued into the new century, straight through the roaring twenties with the infamously sexy "Flapper Girl". The years following the stock market crash of 1929 were somber in more ways than one, but great prosperity followed these depressing years, including the latest, more revealing pin up girls and celebrity pictures and photos of the 1950's.

Before the inception of the World Wide Web, our celebrity fascinations were limited to magazine pictures, purchased posters, and collectible shoppes. But now, we can access the latest photos of our favorite stars instantaneously, with just a click of a mouse (and maybe the help of a search engine or celebrity site).

Since then, the glamour of Hollywood has tightened its hold on us, for the beauty that these icons represent goes unmatched by anyone that we come in contact with on a day to day basis. We've all heard the stories of plastic surgeries and eating disorders, drug use and abuse, not to forget about the on again/off again romances that grace the covers of the supermarket tabloids, yet our obsessions continue. For example, Britney Spears has had her once sparkling image dragged through the mud by the very same media that made her a superstar. Her personal life, including her marriage and motherhood tactics leave a foul taste in our mouths, but she is still one of the most sought after celebrities, with her name constantly on the top searches across the internet for pictures and information.

A picture or photo of our favorite celebrity can bring much needed joy to any of us, even if it's only for a moment or two. If looking at such a photo or illustration can put a smile on our face and get us through a crazy, hectic, new millennium day, then there really seems to be no harm in looking at one of a million celebrity pictures out there. After all, the pictures we long to see are just a click away.

One bad thing that comes out of all this is more to the female side than to males. What is it? Anorexia and Bulimia. Lots of the girls seem to think that it is the way to go. They look so much to the magazines and tabloids and don't know that sometimes these celebs get operations or check themselves into clinics to get better from some bad situation themselves. We get so obsessed with them that we want to believe that they live a fairy tale life. Worst is we want to be them. It's fine to watch and read but to follow...well then make yourself a star.

Bar advice. Like Oprah Winfrey said " Lead your best life". make that happen and you'll be a star in your own right.

Bollywood at the bar.

I've been busy because there was a preparation for a party at the bar. The one thing that I did not know was that there was going to be a celebrity there that night. When I first saw Sameera Reddy she looked familiar but I wasn't sure. I later found out from one of the guys at the party who she was.

I'm not really a Bollywood movie buff. I've seen several films. Have to read the subtitles to know what's going on but women from India are hot on screen. Hollywood, their rival, does have a lot of great women as well but the fact is Bollywood makes more films in a year then Hollywood can. The latter, of course, has the bigger budget and make far better films but every once in a while Bollywood comes out with one great film as well.

Sameera is a new actress on the scene. Some of her movies include Naksha ( Sunny Deol, Vivek Oberoi, Sameera Reddy, Jackie Shroff)Musafir ( Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Sameera Reddy, Koena Mitra, Mahesh Manjrekar)Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. I know that she went to film in London and it was a sort of exchange with Emma Button (Spice girls) to do a BBC special on lifestyles of celebrities or something like that.

Back to Sameera. When I spoke to her she was very pleasant. Smiling and allowed me to take a picture with her with my phone. It was really bad too as the pixels weren't that great. She had some pimples on her face, normal for a young lady, but her smile shines through. I found her to be really nice and friendly. First Bollywood star that I've met and it was great. She mingled with the rest of the people there and had quite a number of drinks. It seems she loves a special kind of Japanese liquor drink with plums in it. I can't remember the name though.

I've met other celebrities before but she had to be the friendliest that I've seen up close. She may not be the biggest star around but still. Anyway, she get's 5 stars from me for just being nice and normal.

Bar advice. Most people in this world are just like you and me. Normal. It's the media that makes them untouchable. Well maybe some of their egos as well, but, not all are like that. Last night I met a sweet, lovely young lady who happens to be Sameera Reddy from Bollywood.

Karma Sutra

Just in fairness for both guys and girls. I know some of you don't like to read so here you can get a better idea in the form of visual experience.

Pleas don't think that this is some sort of porn movie or something. it's been around for a very long time and the western world was really the one that brought it to light. These are some very interesting methods and advance ways to please your lover.

All of Bollywood have probably read it. Possibly even Hollywood. It is actually a educational video and gives better relationships and sex appreciation of partners. If you're into the whole romantic, erotic and sexual lifestyle then this is for you.

Bar advice. If you're not ready for this then I suggest that you go for the books first and slowly cross to the DVD. This sensual art of love making is also not know to most people either so I don't expect you to be an expert overnight.

What women are lookin for in men.

The behavior of women is as much of a mystery to men as men is to women. However, one thing is certain. The women love to be wooed. They want to be pursued. They want to be courted. They want men to try and win their affection. It’s a great psychological game that both men and women play. The winners enjoy it; the losers end up wondering what went wrong.

To end up as winner men need to understand what women want. Here is a list of seven qualities that every woman expects to see in their men:

Well groomed.
Do women pay attention to the way a man is dressed? Yes.Do women want men to open doors for them? Even in this age of liberalism they want and long for the days of chivalry.

Just as men like their women to be pretty and gorgeous, women like their men to be well groomed and stunning. They expect their men to be courteous, well behaved and well mannered. Among other things, they expect them to know the social graces. They also expect them to be well dressed, and in tune with the fashion of the day. Men who are loud or obnoxious are unlikely to win the attention of sensitive women. The same applies to those men who don’t pay sufficient attention to the way they look.

Good listener
Should men do what women want? Listen carefully to what a woman say.

All women want their men to pay attention to what they are saying. Men may not agree with their thinking but they should not make the mistake of looking bored or causal. They must pay attention, even if they don’t intend to do what their women want. The very fact that their point of view was considered before a decision was taken is enough to make the women happy. It is the basis of a strong relationship.

Good in bed.
What do women want in bed? If you think it's just the sex, think again.Do women like to be forced? How can women be made happy?

Every woman wants her man to be good in bed. They want to be aroused, and to be sexually fulfilled. The relationship has to be equal in the bed. The man must make an honest effort to fulfill the sexual needs of his women He should, however, not take advantage of a relationship. But he should respect those days when the woman wants to stay off. Women don’t like to be pushed into sex unless they are in a mood to do so. They would much rather prefer being cajoled and cuddled instead of being rushed into sex.Women want the passion in it. Men just need a place.

Honest and sincere.
Do women want to know everything about their men? Should men tell everything to women?

Two qualities that women value in their men are honesty and sincerity. They don’t want their men to cheat on them or to hold back anything from them. They would like to be equal partners in both the joys and sorrows of their men. Very often men try to hold back their problems related to work or their finances. This is not a good policy. Women feel more wanted and involved when their men take them into confidence. Men should also not try to delude women into false notions. They must gently inform them of their problems without being blunt or cruel. No woman wants to be told that she is ugly, fat or dumb. But, at the same time, they would not like their men to lie to them about their looks.Worse thing.Being honest upfront will not be hard when skeletons in your closet come out.

Stable career
How important is financial stability? Are women after successful men?

Women want stability in their lives. They don’t want to be in a situation where they are forced to scrounge for favors. They would like their men to take care of all basic necessities of life. They would therefore prefer men who are successful and well organized. However, this does not mean that they want to hook the rich and the well placed. This is a wrong notion. Money and success alone is not enough to satisfy a woman.Just take Hollywood as an example.

Love for surprises.
Should men give lavish gifts to win the love of women?Gifts that women cherish the most.

No woman wants to be tied to home and children. She would like some excitement in her life. This is where men need to be imaginative and thoughtful. The surprises need not be big. They can be as simple as enjoying an evening at the theatre, followed by a dinner at her favorite restaurant or it can be driving down to a resort at the weekend. The joy is multiplied if these bonuses come unannounced.Watch her smile at the smallest and silliest thing you did to please her. They deal with emotions and sentimentality

Intelligent and witty.
Are witty men more charming? How does intelligence matter in a relationship?

Women like their men to charm them. They would like them to be intelligent and witty, who can liven up the evenings and make a room come alive. Men who are dull and boring or too obsessed with their own musings are unlikely to enchant women. Women like men who are willing to chat with them on their wavelength.Take Marilyn Monroe as an example. She was married to Arthur C Clark. The guy who wrote the book 2001 A space Odyssey. Not forgetting that she was later involved with the president of the US as well.

Bar Advice.Go and rethink about what your girl wants or needs and ask yourself this. What have I done recently to put a smile on her face? Now go do something about it.
